            my foot leg fell off of my electric wheelchair I called numotion service after 45 minutes on hold I got a hold of somebody and talk to them the problem they stated they would give this started. this was on October 24th, I called back on October 31st to find out what was going on and I got to find out they had not even ordered the part yet. what does company gives you money for the initial purchase of a product service and questioned our go unanswered after payment. this company has the lousiest service I've ever dealt with. I will never purchased another item from them

            I spent a lot of money on this electric wheelchair and I've had to call for repairs every other week. It's the same issue and now the guy who comes out to fix it apparently is either not doing it right or it needs to be replaced. Worse CO ever they don't answer the phone and your stuck with a bad product that's very very expensive! I just need to get this fixed! It's not working correctly and when you're in wheelchair you need to know it's going to work right! They didn’t listen when I was telling them I needed. It's not right when the company employees are rude throw cards at youake it look like it's my fault because I have to call constantly. The service guy literally threw cards said if I'm not available call these ppl. I had already called everyone and they don't do anything to fix my chair! I waited a year to get this chair went into debt for it and when you're paying a lot of money you expect to be treated like gold not so with them. They are rude, don't know how to fix the chair and expect me to just deal with it. It's as much as car and I get better service from dealership than I do this company. I want to know what I can do about this situation?
