ME and my husband bought the first truck from them in December of 2023, this was a Christmas present from my husband. Two days after we bought this truck we went out of town for Christmas and New Year's. While on vacation this truck's entire heating, cooling, and defrost system stopped working. I called the dealership, and they assured me that they would fix the problem when I got back to town. Upon inspection they informed me that it was a HVAC module, and it would take 45 days to get one in, because they were on backorder. So here I am without a truck for 45+ days, because you can't drive a truck with no defrost in the middle of winter. After about 2 weeks I picked the truck up and took to another dealership to be looked at. That dealership told me the whole heating and cooling system had to be replaced, including heater hoses, HVAC module, but the extended warranty I purchased for this truck did not cover this. I went back to ford of Elizabethton and told them this. They agreed to buy the truck back if I bought another one from them. The second truck was one year newer with less miles. This truck ended up having some minor issues at first. Then I totaled the second truck about four months later. The air bags didn't even deploy on that truck when I totaled it out. Come to find out the second truck they sold me had been wrecked two years prior with $30,000 worth of damage. So now I'm four months out from the wreck and I'm still trying to get Ford of Elizabethton to issue a check for the extended service warranty that was refunded to them in July of 2024. I can't get anyone to answer phone calls and when I leave messages no one calls back. I can't get my GAP to pay my vehicle off till the bank gets the warranty refund.

Had the WORST experience of my life. We went in to trade in a Truck, we got a ford expedition. Well every time I got into the car the vehicle was running so we did not notice the problem when it started we have it a week take it back, their service guy states there is noting wrong with it, take it to ford repair across the parking lot and tech knew it was Cam phaser and would get it fixed under warranty. So we wait 3 weeks to get my car fixed. We kept waiting on our welcome packet from the loan company. We call the loan company and they state that they never received anything back from the dealership. So we call the dealership and tell them they never sent anything over to the loan company. On 01/24 I called the loan company again, nothing was ever sent over. Mind you we have already paid a deposit of $2,500, along with $108 to get the car back because it was fixed under warranty. My husband goes to the dealership today and they inform us that the loan application has expired and they need to run the credit again, the first initial run they dinged our credit a total of 11 times. So they refused to honor the original deal so we have returned the car. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED. They did nothing but give us the go around and a headache for almost a month. They stated the deposit would be in our account by 01/26 guess we will wait and see what happens.

I purchased a vehicle from out of state from this place for my teenager. They sent me photos of the car that seemed to look like it was in great shape so we put a deposit down on it, drove 3 hours to pick it up and while we were there, I feel like they made it a point to keep the car "to get detailed" while I completed the paperwork. After waiting over an hour to get the car after the fact to have it pulled up with so many flaws they hid from me and essentially pushed us on our merry way. I've tried to contact them to see if I can just return it (after 2 days) because now it doesn't want to catch when you put it into gear. I'm sick because this is the kind of car she wanted (it is an old car) but I didn't foresee it being in this bad of shape & we put everything we could into getting it for her and the ones we looked at here were in 10 times better shape for 2k below what these people were asking (those sold before we could get to them) Now we have a car that we are going to have to put even more money into this car that we didn't expect. It is my own fault for not looking at the car before I signed away but they seemed like genuine people. Now after no response, I get why people don't trust some dealerships and this one really let me down.
