I scheduled an appointment at 7am with this company to have my right axle and control arms fixed. I called them around 12 o’clock in the afternoon because I haven’t heard from them. They haven’t even started my vehicle even though I was told by the receptionist that it would be done by the time my daughter got out of school at 1:15pm. I was then informed that not only that they hadn’t started it, that it possibly wouldn’t be done at all today. I then asked for a manger or owner and was told that they wasn’t in now and wont be in for the next week or so. That I couldn’t speak to anyone outside of “jimmy” about the situation and that nothing would be done about the receptionist that told me something completely different then what was happening with my vehicle. Jimmy not only laughed at me when I was audibly crying and upset about the fact I had no way to get my daughter from school now. But then started telling me about how his wife left him after 22 years as if that was some type of reconcile for the issue at hand. Owner needs to have a serious conversation with his employees about informing customers that their appointments aren’t set in any way, shape, or, form. And probably have a conversation with jimmy about keeping his personal life away from the business place. Also be prepared for no type of management to be this establishment. So if there is an issue you are just out of luck. I will NOT be returning to this business.
