    I bought 2 GMC Yukon Denalis off this dealership. Paid the extended warranties and all. Well as far as service goes and them keeping their word it's a complete joke. Both vehicles have been in there for work several times. 1st interaction, they wanted to paint the hood & roof of the black Denali since it was damaged. Wasn't an agreement, they had already planned on doing it before I bought it. I'm a big man, they promised to put me in a similar sized vehicle so they gave me some tiny car I couldn't fit in. A month later, they gave me the Denali back after making several calls which everyone was always confused and lacked any information. Only to get the truck back with the entire roof leaking because they didn't put it on right. They fixed it again, water still leaking and Machanical components are going out but one said water damage the other said it's not water damage but they haven't even checked. In the meantime, they put the wrong transmission fluid in my truck after it started running funny I took it in, they apologized, agreed to flush it out and take care of any further issues. Several months later, after they have done a complete turnover staff wise they are saying that they have no proof/notes showing that they put the wrong transmission fluid in. Anthony, who was my service guy now works for Hyundai. I had them call him to confirm but it's obvious they covered their tracks well as he's now saying he doesn't remember that. The silver Denali is our family vehicle that hasn't been an exception for their horrible service. They sold it to us without seeing it which is our fault but shows how crafty they are. It had dangerously bald tires, no head lights, no air conditioning in the back, DVD player doesn't work, navi doesn't work and neither does OnStar. They said get over the a/c cause it's not fixable, made me pay for new tires and a/c service that didn't fix anything and has blatantly disregarded any wrong doing. This has put me in literal tears. Please help

Based on the information and evidence available to us, we do not believe that the work performed by our service department has caused any of the mechanical or electrical issues you are currently experiencing with your vehicles.
    We understand that you have owned the vehicle for 18 months, and we stand by the quality of our work. If there were a bad part or an issue related to the improper assembly of a part, we would absolutely take full responsibility and ensure that it was corrected. However, after careful review, we have found no evidence to support that any faults originated from our service work.
    We are always committed to providing our customers with a high level of service and ensuring satisfaction. We welcome the opportunity to re-inspect your vehicles and address any concerns you may have. Our goal is to continue to assist you in any way we can within the scope of our responsibility.
