Broyles Florist, Inc. Response

Yes, the first driver arrived at your home, saw the dogs and was afraid to get out. He left the flowers beside the mailbox at the road and left. You and I determined the passing ******* probably blew the vase over into the ditch. After telling you that driver was afraid to get out because of the dogs, you laughed and informed me the dogs were friendly. We remade your order and refunded it 100% as well (since the first driver didn't call to let you know where he'd left them.)
Your order was remade and sent out with the next driver, along with the knowledge that the dogs were friendly. When the second driver arrived, she noted the dogs were excited, and gave them a moment to calm down before exiting the vehicle. Upon exiting, one of the dogs repeatedly jumped on her, scratching her leg (as pictured in the photos you received) and eventually knocking her off balance, resulting in a fall backward into the delivery van. As a result of the fall, she is receiving medical care for a hyper-extended shoulder and hyper-extended bicep. The dogs were left unsupervised outside with no one home, and caused injury to a delivery driver. It is a homeowner's responsibility to properly restrain their dogs to prevent such occurrences from happening.

Secondly..I did not laugh it off at all. I said that they are playful animals and will ONLY jump when being played with.
This is sad bc we have used your company for year and never would have thought you would blame a customer for your employees not doing their job.
