I wish I had of read these reviews prior to purchase. I am having the GFCI issue that Mary W is having. The tub will not run longer than 2-4 hours if that before flipping the breaker. It's a Eaton hot tub breaker and box. I had to send pictures of the inside of the box and then pictures of the inside of the tub and was rewarded with a response of everything looks good, try a square d breaker. Why does your manual have instructions on installing a eaton if they apparently "have some issues"? I live an hour from the plant and got a try a different breaker instead of a visit from a technician. I would assume someone that just sold me a $6200 3 person hot tub would be all over a short drive to inspect. Like most other complaints, it's my responsibility to problem solve, which I don't mind doing because I would actually like to use it, but I shouldn't have to because it's brand new. Customer Service even had the balls to ask how long I was enjoying the unit between having to turn the breaker back on. WORST PURCHASE EVER. I wanted to support a local business and I got burned, please read and don't do the same. The other night a jet just fell off, didn't surprise me. And the screws in the cabinet are crap, nothing lines up correctly. Just saying I wouldn't be proud to put my name on the construction, customer service, warranty or the company. Relaxation is what I wanted and it's been nothing but a extra stressor. Shame on them after my experience and reading all the shared experiences. With this many BBB reviews one would think they would get their crap together, surely a upper level leadership issue. Hope I can find parts one day when I am continuing to learn on how to fix on my own. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
