      October 22, 2021 I signed contract for my 2014 Nissan Maxima to be picked up from wilmer TX to Smyrna tn and sent $100 deposit and $300 on receiving. I was contacted 2 days later saying they have no drivers. After additional contact they couldn't find a driver and canceled. They sent me quickbook refund but I never got my refund $100. And you cost me $150 for late pick. I want my money back and all fees the bank charged me cause you lied saying it was a valid charge and nonrefundable. Your refund practice sucks!!

      I paid a deposit of $200 for them to pick up my car for delivery. They never came to pick me up, they called and asked for more money when refused they won't answer my calls and won't return my deposit. The transaction happened on Friday, January 14.       The mentioned company picked up my car on 12/11/2021 to move it from Sacramento CA to Denver CO and they told me you will receive your car in your new address in 4 days but 12 days passed from the date of pickup and still I don't know when I will receive my car. Every morning when I wake up I am texting them to know about my car but even they don't tell me that when I will receive it. I have very hard time here with out my car and daily I am paying for Lyft do to my daily works and shopping here.

We are 5 people in family me my 3 kids and my wife and we moved from California to Denver newly and it is our second week here that We spend money to take Lyft Uber for our Urgent works and shopping here. I worked as a Uber Eat driver in Sacramento and I earned daily about 100$ by my car and now as I don't have my car I can't work as Uber eat driver. Even though I can't earn money for the expenses of my family I am spending money for the Lyft Uber. I hope you consider my situation and problems and help me to get back my car and also make the company to compensate my expenses that I am doing because of there worst service.       On 12/3/21 I received a quote from US Star Trucking LLC for $1,050 to have a truck delivered from MI to TX. I signed a contract that said it would be picked up on 12/7 and delivered on 12/10. I paid a $200 deposit. After I paid, my contact (*****) at the company kept saying he didn't have a driver when I asked what the status was (when he did eventually respond to my attempts at contacting him). Today (12/16) he emails me and says he might have a driver who can pick up the truck on 12/18 but is now asking for $1,200. I called the phone number listed on the company website because ***** never answers his phone or text messages, and rarely answers emails. The person I spoke with ****** said he didn't know why ***** is asking for more money and that he would get someone to call me back. If they couldn't do it at the agreed upon time, they should have told me before I signed the contract or paid the deposit. I still haven't received a call or communication about the truck being picked up or when it will be delivered. They took my $200, tried to charge me more, and still can't confirm when my truck can be delivered for the agreed upon price. This company comes off as shady and possibly fraudulent if they've got people trying to upcharge even after quoting and contracting on a lower price. I want them to either pick the truck up on Saturday 12/18 and deliver by Monday 12/20 for the agreed upon price in the contract, OR cancel the contract and refund me my deposit of $200. This entire experience with this company has been stressful, from the lack in communication to the dishonesty. Ref: XXXXXX-YU.

      The company US Star trucking had made a contract with me that I signed and agreed too. In this contract I agreed to pay the price total of 1100 and requires a 300 dollar deposit that needs to be paid to the driver now that I pay for through quick books. After I pay the deposit and the driver shows up to pick the car up and I ask if he was paid his 300 dollar deposit. He informed me they were not paid anything. I proceed to call US Star trucking then they tell me the price is now 1400. I told them the contract that we signed was for 1100 and I paid a 300 dollar deposit so i should pay 800 upon receiving the vehicle. They told me there is extra insurance that they can't document for 300 dollars. I am concerned this company is not above board and they are stealing from customers most likely but the point is this company is not up to standard.

It is important that I note the truck carriers try to raise the price again upon receiving the vehicle. All of the Russian drivers did not speak any English and proceeded to yell at me and Russian to pay them more money. I am active duty military personnel in uniform. This had to be the most unprofessional and disrespectful business conclusion I've ever seen. The contract terms were still breached and they demanded more money I agree to $1100 to pay total, however, US star trucking LLC decided that they would send me messages after our contract and try to raise the price after I already signed a contract for 1100 only. i'm not sure what kind of scams or insurance they're trying to steal from customers but however I would like to make sure they are unable to steal from customers again. I attached what we agreed too and the contract already. This company is untruthful and continuously try to cheat me out of a price. Now I know it is the holidays and everybody wants to buy gifts but stealing is no way to do that.       On Nov 25, 2021, I got a call from ****** at US Star Trucking LLC for a car shipment. He promised to ship my car on the following Sunday and requested me to pay $103.5 deposit (see the attached receipt). However, after reviewing all BBB complaints, I decided to step away from this scam company. I refused to sign the contract and requested the refund of $103.5 deposit right away. No refunding action of course in the following two weeks. According to ******* they charged the deposit as cancellation fee. But I didn't sign any contract with them. And I clearly requested to stop their service and asked for deposit refund through both phone call and text messages (please see attached screenshot). Now they rejected my phone calls. I have to seek help from BBB about this issue. Such a cheating company must be stopped! Please let me know if any other information is required.       I have paid US Star trucking company for scheduling the pick up of my car on November 22nd and the company had failed to do that and have successively failed on their promises. I have continued to engage for three days after 22nd and I haven't received any confirmation on the pickup. At the time of scheduling, I was assured of a pickup on 22nd between 1pm to 4 pm.
