            March 14,2023 I agreed with B&G Homes Services LLC terms sent to my yahoo account, They invoiced me on March 15 , 2023 and I paid the required downpayment. They requested a start date which I agreed to in an email with the wording, if you have the permit. I was assured in they had pulled it. Throughout the construction I requested the permit and was told story after story of they have it and will bring it to me. Finally on April 20,2023 I contacted the City of Knoxville and they state , no permit has been pulled for my address this year. This company lied to me, built a room in my home without getting the permit from the city, no final inspection was done as per the wording in the contract and is in breach of contract.

            Hired B&G on a renovation project and they never pulled permits - city shut down my job. Waited 6 weeks for B&G to rectify the situation and they never did. Don't even know if the work they did will pass ********** or if I will have to pay someone to redo it all. Beware of this company.

            The job was shut down because she didn't pull a general contractor permit and had other work being done. She also purchased a no name water heater and the installation process gave us a bunch of issues not having the proper venting pipe. She claims she is a contractor but really is a home owner trying to do this. She doesn't know the laws in construction and flipping trying to take short cuts. We pointed multiple framing and flooring issues out and offered to install the new water heater she buys. She never got back in touch with us and hasn't paid the rest of the money owed! The rough plumbing is to code and will pass inspection. Our lawyer has been notified already and we will be suing for payments owed to us, and slander!

            We pulled a general permit within days of knowing it was an issue - we have a general permit for the job. Nothing that happened would have prevented you pulling a plumbing and gas permit. Our electrician had no problem pulling a permit nor did the plumber we were forced to hire to take over your work have any trouble pulling a permit. The reality is that you took on a job that requires pulling a permit in Knoxville. We gave you weeks to rectify the situation but all we got was deceit and delay - you never pull the required permits. Can't win a slander suit for telling the truth.
