I have a multi car wash plan with this business. I went through the automatic wash at the Pleasant View location this afternoon and something happened to the vehicle in front of me and it just stopped. They said he came off the tracks. Needless to say my truck was forced into the stopped vehicle. After about 3 or 4 times bouncing up and down and holding my brakes while laying on the horn to get the attention of the 3 attendants that clearly wasn’t paying attention they hit the shut down switch. They had me back out of the car wash and that’s when things got really bad. I got out to check the front of my vehicle and luckily there was no visible damage. The attendant came up and said he didn’t see any damage to the front but said if there was I’d have to take it up with the vehicle that was in front of me. It was not the car washes responsibility for any damage like that. I’m no lawyer but I’m pretty sure that’s incorrect. Anyway, I told him I wasn’t continuing through the wash and that’s when their attitude got ***** and of course that’s when mine did to. They were acting very childish because I wasn’t willing to continue on through and they had to remove several cars waiting in line behind me for me to get out. Every time I’d say say sometime about the situation they just wanted to argue with me about it. Asked for their names and one of them refused to give it to me. Just laughing and joking about how I was leaving with soap all over my vehicle. I find this very unprofessional, yet understandable that they need to hire young adults to work there but they also need to understand that without customers they won’t have a job!
