I was only able to use my 4Patriots solar generator 3 days. On the 4th day, I smelled smoke and something was burning inside the generator. At this point, I can’t use the generator. I spent a lot of money purchasing the 1800 generator and solar panels. 4Patriots doesn’t have anyone to service the generator. When I called, all they offered was $150 off another expensive generator. It only had a one year warranty, and I never used it during that year. I have pictures of the inside of the generator with the mosfets burned. Different batch/lot numbers of mosfets were used. I was told that this could be why the generator burned. I’m very disappointed and feel scammed due to losing so much money.

Well this is a business that hopes you'll never need to use their products. I am an old soldier and I always plan to have stuff to survive with if the **** hits the fan. While we haven't had the zombies come through yet, there have been plenty of floods, hurricanes, massive snowstorms, etc. that have required us to be able to survive on our own for 2-5 days without heat, electricity, clean water, and EMS. I use them for the survival food and do not expect to recieve the items over night.

PSA: Be VERY careful doing ANY business with 4Patriots. I ordered the 2000x Bundle with Sidekick. Out of the box the Sidekick worked for about 15min with les than 100W (unit rated for 300W). The unit started making noise and then was completely dead, would not turn on or power on again. Assuming the rest of the equipment is also faulty I decided to return everything because I don't trust this company now. After finally getting through to Customer Service - I was told the 100W PRE-OWNED- solar panels are not RETURNABLE or REFUNDABLE. After the fact yes - the website does say this. But I was sold these as a way to "save you some money" but they DIDN'T tell me when I agreed to pre-owned - was that you're stuck with them even if they don't work! NO EXCEPTIONS. And why would anyone sell you pre-owned solar panels? After over a week I am still waiting for my return ***** labels to send back everything for a refund minus their $130 "re-stocking fee". A scam. Customer service had said my ***** labels would be emailed to me within one or 2 days. As of today almost a week later: no labels and customer service now says there was no refund even issued on my account! Let's hope they resolve this because otherwise We've got a problem here.

They do not have a customer service or a live chat. I ordered almost 5k dollars from these people in solar generators/batteries. When I opened the box one of the cords had a silver connector that was partially out of the 60w cord. Being I spent this much I called them for a replacement and held on the line for hours each time, finally leaving my contact for the return call...which never came. I sent messages, and emailed repeatedly....always getting some form response of how busy they are blah blah blah. It's been three weeks now and I see ******* is filled with the same complaints and now here. The email the listed gets no response either. This company sucks. I have come here for a last resort before I drive this crap to Nashville and dump it at their door. Such a shame they use this name.....they act like some Chinese company selling cheap crap. Very much regret purchasing from them. Don't do it!!!

This is exactly what they do...they send you this and haven't sent you an email. It's the classic run around. Please keep this opened. These people have my contact information yet they won't contact their customers. There is no customer service here....I want to return these products because the company is non existent to service if you have an issue.

I have called every number I can find and have left my not once been able to get anyone. I have emailed them and have not heard anything back. I purchased a fan which luckily works, but the solar kettle had a detached base. I just was looking to see if there was a way to fix it or return it for another one. It was a birthday gift. I am very disappointed with their customer service and would not recommend them at this time unless I get some assistance.

Need my refund for two 2000x generators returned two weeks ago. Didn't include receipt but can't ever reach customer service to ask where to email it. I really need my money ASAP. It's easy to purchase something but returns are a different story. They do have some great products.
