This company is garbage. I was playing a show in Nashville at a venue that has recently used Carisma parking for their lots. They offer 4 hours validation through a QR code inside. I filled out the validation form and received text and not a receipt saying you are validated till 11pm. When I came out to my truck I found a ticket on my windshield for 52.00. It said pay within three days or dispute. So I did, and it took them three days to respond. They said no on the dispute even though I did everything they asked for. Their excuse was the lot I was in was not part of the cobra(even though it is on the side of the building. It's the same company in all the lots surrounding the building. There are no signs specifying which lots are for which business. And now because it took them over 3 days to responfd the ticket has gone up to 75.00. I could almost deal with it if they just let me pay the original ticket price. But they took too long and now are charging me a late fee. Don't use them for your lots, don't park in their lots, and don't trust any of their signs, especially if they say you are validated, because that is a scam and a lie apparently. Plus their phone number is disconnected and no email address provided to discuss with the company. I would leave zero stars if I could. Bad business for sure

I.E. validating your license plate for a business that offers it in their parking lot won’t be valid if you are not in their parking lot.
