            I am filing this complaint regarding EcoShield Pest Control due to their persistent harassment via phone calls and the unjust cancellation fee imposed on my account. Eco Shield was soliciting people in my neighborhood for their services. I was having a mosquito problem in my back yard so i decided to give them a try. The salesman assured me I could cancel anytime if I was not happy with their services. They came out sprayed and I paid $159. The mosquitos did not go away so I decided I want to cancel. After giving them a call they told me I still owed them $241 and I would also be charged a cancelation fee, Crazy! Their treatment didn't work and now they claim they are going to send my bill to collections ************ feels like a scam. They attempt to trap customers into staying in contracts under unreasonable terms and their salesman seem unethical.

            Biggest SCAM - do NOT use WATCH OUT FOR JONAH IN NASHVILLE. They will straight up lie about your service and contract that you are signing. They are fraudulent and have several pending lawsuits against them. Be aware for salesman Jonah in Nashville TN. He is a fraud and should not be allowed to hold a job with this company. Although, I assume all the salesman are like this at this at Ecoshield and have no ethical values or morals. This company needs to be shut down immediately.
