    I am very dissatisfied with the lack of services provided, communication, and professionalism. I paid $200 for what the business called a "deep clean" in my 3100, 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home. Two people were in my own and did about half of what was listed on the brochure we were given. I spent the next 10 business days calling them once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and leaving a voicemail everday. We never had someone answer or respond before our next cleaning was scheduled. This cleaning, which cost an additional $170, took two people about 25 minutes, and again only about half of the items were completed. You could still a dirty floor, dirty counter tops, cob webs in light fixtures, dirty windows on the doors, dirty sinks, etc. We did get someone on the phone after this visit and they scheduled a make-up cleaning, which no one showed up for. We then called after the no-show, and scheduled another make-up. For an unknown reason, the cleaners stated the code wasn't working on our lock, so they left. When I called about this visit, I was immediately met with incredible rudeness, was told it was my fault, and was told nothing could be done until until the "owner" could call me next week. Several minutes later, she stated that the supervisor was on the other phone listening. I asked why she could speak to me that way, and she said "Well, I have been here twelve years" and the owners has stated that he cannot talk to you, you will not receive any refund, that their services were provided to their satisfaction, and that according to state law we must pay for their visit. After paying $370, receiving very poor service, and being spoken to that way by a supervisor and owner, I would recommend that you refrain from using this business for any services.

    ***** and ****,
    I am disappointed that you would post a review that contains several inaccuracies such as the numbers of calls that were made to our office and the amount of time that was spent in your home. Our office manager did have a conversation with ***** on May 6th after the team was locked out and it was agreed that a team would come back out on Monday- May 9th to perform a re-clean and a quality check would be performed before the team left. A follow up call was left, and **** returned the call on Wednesday. **** said the clean was much better. It was determined that we would no longer service your home. I also informed **** about potential issues with the MBA shower that might need to be addressed with the builder.

    Thank you for your response. I would like to start by saying that our most recent and final service did go well, that is true. However, that one service does negate the fact that it was a follow up service because of the lack of service provided the first two times. Also, we did not have any inaccuracies in our review. We have documentation, via **** door bell, cameras, and phone bills, showing the amount of time spent in our home and the number of phone calls that were made. We are willing to provide that documentation to support this review.
