mary b**** was negligent in handling the tax concerns the state and federal irs had with the returns she prepared for me. her cpa malpractice caused me a great deal of difficulty, stress and anxiety. i requested a refund, which was not forthcoming. instead i received a letter blaming me and that she did help me (deflection and delusion) and she would be "glad to help me" when she hadn't helped me for months? i'm still waiting for the phone call she promised to make to me. if she refutes this it will be lies.

Because of COVID-19 the state & federal agencies were working from home & with limited staff during this time period. Resolutions to tax issues that normally would be resolved in 90 days or less are taking up to a year or longer to be resolved.
Due to disclosure regulation 0020-03-.10 of the TN State Board of Accountancy and Circular 230 of the Internal Revenue Service, that is the only information I can provide.
