This business charged me a late fee due to an error with their credit card processor. They told me in writing that they would be refunding the $10 late fee, as they should. However it has been a month now and Ive emailed three times with no response and I have still not received the refund. They are dishonest crooks.Initial Complaint

Invoice #****** #**** Lot's 865 & 863 for $12.98 On 3/19/24, I received an invoice for the 2 lots listed above. I had won them by being the highest bidder in an auction. I had bid on both lots with what ended up being the final bids. The 7 Tennants cans are easy to trade, so I was looking to get multiple cans as there were 7 cans in lot 863 and 7 cans in 865. After placing the bids, I looked closer and the pictures in the two lots weren't different pictures, but the exact same picture. So I became concerned that one set of cans that I bid on didn't really exist. I called and left a message prior to the end of the auction trying to get a better understanding, but didn't get a reply. After winning both bids, I got ahold of ********, and rather than saying they made a mistake, tried to tell me that lot 865, while showing 2 pictures of 14+ cans, was really only for 7 cans. (pictures will be attached). After going round and round, she offered to cancel the bids. I accepted the offer. Since it wasn't a mistake, then I believe this to be an intentional misrepresentation on their part. I've since received an e-mail that I've been banned from bidding on their auctions. I would like to have this reversed. The $12.98 charge is also to be reversed (which I assume will happen, but has not happened as of this communication.Initial Complaint

The transaction was on Feb 15, 2024, the invoice was # ******. When I went to pick up the order ******** said it was too late. I had talked to her the previous week and she said it would be okay to pick up all of the items on Feb 22, 2024. The items were all together and she removed the ones from invoice # ******. So, even after the arrangements were made for the pickup to be on Feb22, they changed their minds and that is suposed to be okay.Initial Complaint

I was never sent an email or I never recieved one on one of the purchases and on one my husband was at the establishment to pick up a package he asked if the othe could be picked up the next Thursday as we had just bid on one that would be picked up at that time and was told yes by ******** , the dates on auction was Feb . 15 and the other I never got a email on was charged the whole amount for items and never got them but they sold them to somebody else .Initial Complaint

How about some coins off an auction from them. Many of them do not have dates that are readable. I was misled by them. On the top of the book it listed several coins that are not readable dates so I cannot tell if they are actually those dates on those coins. I've reached out to the company twice by email and once in person and was very rudely treated by ****. When I picked up the coins I was told to verify that's what I ordered but not told to inspect them to make sure I was happy with them. I did sign a piece of paper saying I verified that that's what they were but I did not inspect them I verify them as two books of buffalo ******* ***************** quarters and one loose buffalo nickel. I am willing to bring them back their coins to get the credit.Initial Complaint

This company used rare valuable trading cards in a auction to make it seem like these where the items patrons where bidding on. Then minutes before the auction ended they removed the photos we supposedly bidding on without anyone one of us knowing. So we had a bidding war thinking we where gonna receive these specific items only to find out, they where (miss posted) I asked for a refund but only got an attitude and the worst unprofessional customer service Ive ever received. They couldnt give me a refund because the money was already taken out of my account. Even though the items I really wanted where mistakenly posted then coincidentally taken down minutes before the auction ended. I see multiple complaints about this company on both their ****** reviews about the same situation or being scammed in some other manner. Please look into this establishment and their professional services/conduct. I completely got scammed and they have no remorse or sympathy or doing the humane thingInitial Complaint

I recently purchased several items from their website. The initial pickup date provided was Saturday, 6-3-23. The pickup location was not clearly provided and I had to get that information by phone the day of. When I called, I was told the items would be available for pickup Saturday and Sunday (6-4-23). As I was not able to start earlier in my day due to not having the address and had disability related fatigue, I decided to retrieve my items on Sunday.When I got to the location Sunday, nobody was there and I could not get a response by phone, despite trying for hours. Today (6-5-23) I was told my items are considered abandoned and I will lose the money I paid. This is not acceptable. I did not abandon the items and would have picked them up if I had the option to. The person I spoke to, *******, said if I had spoken to her sooner that something could have been arranged. This is an outright lie, as I spoke to her Saturday and tried to call Sunday.This business is dishonest and unhelpful, to say the least.Initial Complaint

I purchased a necklace from their online (Tylers Grace Auction ******* *****). When it arrived it was a bracelet and not a necklace. I have called multiple times and left messages with no response. I have sent messages (email) with no response. I purchased the said be necklace for 270 plus 25 % buyers fees and then shipping for 24,45. Tyler Grace has never made any attempt to correct or contact me. I can send pictures and pictures of the purchase and payment.Initial Complaint

I got a bill from Tyler Grace auction in the amount of $12.98 for a purse (and buyers premium) I had won on their online auction. They said the bill was unpaid because my credit card on file declined, this must have been a glitch in their system. I called, gave them my cc number. When checking cc statement, I noticed Tyler Grace charged $22.98, $10 more than I was billed and that I authorized. They indicated this was a $10 fee due to my card declining! I did not authorize this, this was not mentioned or added to the bill that I received.Initial Complaint
