if you do not want to be apricated and respected for your work then u can work hear. Regardless of how hard you work they will treat you like you are nobody. They don't apricate and respect any one but money. by far the worse place to work the owner ****** plant manager ashraf and his managers rob are very resist, unprofessional, stingy and low blowers who only cares about company's bottom line. they don't care if u r die as long as the company is making money. they will ***** ur blood every second of the day. this is a very very very very very very very unprofessional, un safe and ethical place to work. I cant believe why safety dep have not shut down this place. this place fallows absolutely no rules what so ever. they don't pay for breaks, they don't pay time and half for over time, they have no HR designation for works to go to if u have a issue to disuses. every pay cheque they cut 20 to 30 mins just for no reason and since there is no HR there is no where to go to raise ur issue. the company is extremely flitty there is no cleaning staff what so ever. the place is run by ppl that are full of greed and they have no morels, ethics or feelings what so ever. ps. work any where else but hear.
