I had a coupon for a facial IAO ****** which included a botox eye lift. However I was told that I had to pay ***** for the eye treatment. Since I didn**;t have my coupon with me, I paid the extra *****. I made another appointment with them. I found the coupon and it stated that the eye treatment was included in the special offer of ****** . I called them today and was told that I had a different eye treatment. I was also told that the tech had to have asked me if I wanted to pay for this new treatment and I had to have said yes. I have know idea what she is talking about.,no one asked me anything. I don**;t appreciate being called a liar. It**;s only *****,I paid it then and I can pay it now.Business response

This client came in for a GoldTox treatment, which includes a non surgical brow lift, which she received, she also added a *************************** Eye Treatment, which retails for $50, she was presented the eye treatment by the esthetician, *******, which she (client agreed to) and was even called the next day to ask how her service was and she indicated she loved it, no problems, no questions, etc. 28 days later, the client called back and ask informed the front desk manager that she did not agree to the eye treatment and demanded a $50 credit towards the apponintment she was calling to book and indicated that if she did not receive it she would be calling BBB and would not come back.
The owner spoke with the esthetician that services her, *******, who was suprised at the complaint, by the way the esthetician recently moved and is no longer with spa (client is aware of such) and we reviewed her notes, follow up call and there were no issues or complaints until she called to book another appointment. We are in no way into the business of providing a service that is not provided or approved prior to servicing. Client also paid for the service the day of service with no issues.

I am rejecting this response because: I do not know what an ******* treatment is and never heard of it until now. What I received the the Botox eye treatment that was advertised.While I was receiving the treatment there were two people in the room. The tech that was preforming the treatment and someone watching because the tech was leaving and training
the other person. They should speak with then about the service provided instead of calling me a Liar! The tech was amazing, she walked me thru everything she was doing. That is why I know exactly what was done. I wanted exactly what the coupon stated and the botox eye treatment was included in the price. I made another appointment and wanted to have a facial
every month. I had an appointment scheduled for Thursday, but in the meantime I found my coupon and discovered that I paid for the ************* which shpuld have been included. I really wanted to continue business with this establishment. I just wanted to get my next appointment for the same service but less the ***** that I was overcharged, after that I would pay the full
price for the facials. It is truley a shame that a business is willing to lose a customer behind a lie and *****. I would have been paying every month. It is so sad to see the greed that is going
on right. Prices are higher for everything and people are trying to get more money by any means necessary. SAD!!!!!!

The facial the client received, is our GoldTox facial pkg, which included a customized facial, lightening peel, non surgical Brow lift, collagen eye trmt fir $135 ($350) value The client was offered, based on **************** evaluation of needs, an additional eye trmt to hydrate the eye area and increase moisture levels as well as decrease any fine lines and even skin tone around the eye area That trnt is an additional $75, which the client was just charged $50 There were 2 attendants in the room, notes made on file, cliect paid fir service at checkout, received detailed receipt, and received a follow up call the next day which she indicated hiw happy she was with service and results we were not made aware of any issue until cliect called to rebook another service 27 days later and wanted us to apply a $50 discount fir her next (same servjce) and said if we did not she would report to BBB and not return We certainly would never call a cliect a liar as this complaint states As our calls are able to be monitored and the cliect was not called any such name We are very blessed with cliects that we've served for many years sn award winning and we certainly do not cheat anyone To resolve this issue, we are crediting the card the $50 she paid fir the $75 eye trmt thst she agreed to and received and wish her greatness in her future spa services and spa home
