Great Skin Spa & Skin Care Response
07/03/2024
This is a Totally false and inflated complaint and almost boarders on harassment and is becoming concerning.
The customer called and said she had a rash on her face and wanted to cancel her appointment less than an hour before her appointment time. As per policy, she was informed by the young lady on the desk, who is a high school summer student being trained to work as an employee in the business world and upon trying to explain the policy the customer she became extremely angry and irate and belittling to the representative The policy that was stated is our policy which states a min of 24 hour notice if cancellation is required for cancellation or full rate of appt is charged, however the service is still rendered to client in the next 6 days without costs.
However, within minutes of the conversation, management immediately contacted the client and let her know that there would be no charge to her. The client is well aware that no charge went through her account and we did not charge her
However Even though she is well aware that we do not charge her, and after that, she made several reviews online, including under different profiles with the intent to cause harm and damage character assassination of the business with all false complaints she also threatened to contact a federal government agency to file a false report of us charging her with BBB. Will contact our legal council on the next business day such It is quite unusual for someone to become that upset. Continue to make false complaints. When in fact she wasnt charged and shes well aware of it. Were not sure what shes so angry about., and after the threats and the anger and consideration for the client, we did not charge her we also called her several times to inform her of such and at no yet, she has spect the day filing multiple false complaints with what we feel is intent to cause loss To another from her
