If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would do so. I reached out to the dealer to purchase a pre-owned navigator black label L that with 35k miles on it from out of state. The sales rep was a little inexperienced so I am not going to place the blame on him for what you are about to read that was wrong with the vehicle I will place blame of the GM *******.

I requested to do a walk around of the vehicle via FaceTime and stated multiple times was there anything wrong with the vehicle that I could not see and the only thing that was point out was a few rock chips and the headliner which they did detail surprisingly well. I believed the gentleman thinking to myself why would he lie about anything considering that he was willing to deliver the vehicle from Athens Tx to Branson MO. Selling an 80k vehicle you would think the GM would be involved to ensure the vehicle is up to par and looks presentable. Before the representative made the drive I asked to review the carfax and noticed that the vehicle had aN accident that was not disclosed to me. I asked again was there anything noticeably wrong with the vehicle the representative stated no. At this time I also ask is this vehicle certified and ******* stated that the vehicle being certified is only to make the price increase as if there was not value in a Certified vehicle. I should've know then to RUN!!!! Fast forward!

I meet the sales rep in Branson MO the vehicle has tons of scratches on the hood and even has oxidation. Furthermore, that minor accident caused the front bumper to not align which also caused the grill of the vehicle not to snap in place. The representative reached out to the GM ******* and of course he did not answer (Being in sales management myself there is no way my phone is not on when I have someone traveling but hey to each their own). The representative was finally able to reach his manager who said they spoke to the GM ******* and he stated, that the bumper needed clips and it happens when plastic meets metal. Comical! I refused the car and we parted ways with the understanding that my cashiers check of 80k+ was to be returned to me.

I called and followed up with ******* multiple times and was lied to about receiving my check back. Someone in the back office printed an overnight label and they took a week to send my check back to me. ******* probably thought it was fraud and couldn't understand how a young 33 year could afford such a vehicle which was confirmed when I finally received a call from someone competent who stated that " you are going to receive the same check back that you sent to us are you aware of that." I proceeded to state yes that's exactly what I want as if I wanted their check back or refund of a different tender. The young lady also stated that ******* was the cause of my check not being sent back as he told everyone in sales to make sure that the check does not leave the office.

This guy ******* (****) is a snake and fits the stereotype of a used car salesman.

I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE EVER. AND WOULDN'T RECOMMEND BUSINESS HERE EITHER as long as ******* is the GM.
