    If I could give Signature Pest Management 0 stars I would. I was approached by a guy named **** back in March/April about signing up for pest control in my new home. I verbally agreed to him getting my contact information so that he could send me more information on what bugs they treat and the prices for service(s), as I was in the middle of moving when he approached me outside my home. After speaking with him over the phone a few days later, I was interested in moving forward. However, I was never sent paperwork of any kind. The team showed up for the initial treatment - they were quick and efficient. Yet again, no documentation was provided to me so the pest control worker directed me to call the office. I in fact called the office to explain the situation because I was thoroughly confused as to why nothing in writing has been presented to me. The guy on the phone then proceeded to tell me actually we have your signature on the contract. At this point, I knew exactly what was going on. Again, I explained the situation that I have not signed anything nor have I received any formal documentation for any type of services. He then sent me the document with my signature via email, where it was clear that I was not in fact the one who signed this contract. I sent him a picture of my signature outlined on my drivers license and offered to send more examples of my signature from past documents that I had. He said that he would need to discuss things with his office manager and get back to me. Well, the office manager contacted me and claimed that it is in fact my signature and that I shouldnt have signed the contract if I didnt want their services. I followed up with emails, proof, etc. and now I have an attorney and debt collector contacting me for an unpaid balance for services that I did not formally sign up for nor did I even receive.

    After reviewing the account, it appears that the customer initially provided card information to enroll in a monthly billing program for our services. On April 30th, our records indicate that the customer called into our office and requested to cancel, stating a preference for more frequent services than the quarterly schedule. They also inquired about any applicable cancellation fees.
    The customer service *** informed the customer of an 80%cancellation fee for the remaining contracted services and recommended they speak with our retention department for further assistance.
    In response to the customers concerns, our retention department offered a reduced cancellation fee, covering only the initial service amount of $229.00. This resulted in a final cancellation fee of $191.11, which we believe was a fair resolution.

    This was in fact not at all what happened. My signature was forged and since this issue has not been resolved, I will move forward with legal representation.
