    strongly advise against using this company for ** rentals. Our experience with them during Prairie Views Homecoming was an absolute nightmare. ******* and ******* misled us, repeatedly claiming they were en route for delivery (for which we paid a $600 delivery and pickup fee). Hours passed, and they still hadnt arrived. When we tried calling, they either put us on hold indefinitely, didnt answer at all, or told us someone would call us back which never happened.After repeated calls, I finally reached someone who said the ** was supposedly there. However, no one had ever asked us for a specific space number or directions, so how could they even know where to deliver it? Despite our calls, no one provided a clear drop-off time, and by then, it was too late. We were frustrated and disgusted with the complete lack of customer service and attention to ********* make things worse, they charged our card while we sat on campus waiting. Eventually, they told us the ** was on the way but this was one hour before tailgate entry closed, after wed been waiting in the heat for four hours with cars packed full of supplies and perishable food. Then, ******* and ******* casually informed us they had switched our ** to another vehicle, without notifying us. Only after bringing this up did we receive an email about the switch, which felt incredibly dismissive.When the ** finally arrived, it was much smaller than expected, old, filthy, and completely unfit to accommodate us and our gear. It hadnt even been filled with water, and the delivery person broke the generator upon arrival. Even without the break, the generators breaker kept tripping, so we would have had no power. Despite paying for water, dumping services, and a generator, none of these were delivered as promised. We were so fed up that we sent the ** back and ended up without an ** for the entire weekend. After ten years of tailgating at ************* Homecoming, this was by far our worst experience.
