My hot water heater broke. I called the claim to Choice ********************* It took three days to find a mechanic. ** from TYT Home Solutiuons showed up and said the water heater is broke and needs to be replaced. He will order it and bring it back. I received an email that the water heater will be replaced. It was an electric water heater for 50 gallons. ** the technician came back after two days and brought the new heater. As he is removing my old heater I asked him if this is a 50 gal heater. He said he did not know, he was very tired and just took the box with the heater. He did not check for it. I had him to install it since I had family without hot water for over a week. I did mentioned I should have a 50 gal heater but I did not know how long that will last since the first heater took more than one week. The reason I had the 40 gal water heater installed, because I did not know how long it would take ******************** to get a proper water heater installed. I cannot have a family without any hot water for over a month now! Choice Home said the wrong water heater should not have been installed and the technician should have gotten a 50 gal tank. Choice said the technician, **, should order a new tank and pick up the old tank and install the new one. The 40 gal heat did not have enough hot water.In two week from now, around May 14, I have my daughter from ******** move back to ***** with three children and her husband. Than we have 7 people living in my house and a 40 gal tank does not have enough hot water for us.** has not responded to replace the water heater. I feel this is extremely bad and will look for an Attorney to get the proper water heater in my house. ** did not pay attention as a contract handler and installed the wrong water heater.I am extremely upset. I live in ******, **. I have never had any treatment like this in my entire past. If someone did something wrong, they were trying to get it fixed the proper way.
