ServPro came to my parent's house after they had a large leak. They were very nice, pulled up carpet, brought in fans, etc. They were told everything would be returned to the state it was in before the leak occurred. My parents were unsure, asked me to come over and talk with them, I did. We were told the baseboards needed to be removed so they could drill holes to allow things to dry fast, it could take months to dry otherwise, their words. Again, we were told all would be returned to the state it was in before the leak occurred. The baseboards were removed per their instruction, they returned the next day and drilled the holes, came back a few days later and declared everything dry, took their equipment and left. We were told the reconstruction was a different part of their business and my parents needed to pay for this first part before the next step. They paid in full and were promptly told that they would not be returning to fix things. They said they had not taken the baseboards off so therefore they didn't have to put them back on, never mind that this was done per their instruction and they drilled holes in the wall which they could have not done had the baseboards been there. They left the carpet in the bathtub. This company does not stand behind it's word.This company takes advantage of older people.This company is not trustworthy.Buyer beware!!!
