    I placed in order with this company and the order got lost I called the **** and they told me the tracking number was invalid. They searched and searched and finally found a valid tracking number. It was supposed to arrive on Tuesday, March 12 however it didnt arrive and the owner of the business told me to wait and see if it came and I told her it wasnt going to come because that **** told me that it was lost and still in *****. It wasnt even on a truck yet and I would like to get my $16.90 reimbursed

    This order was placed after business hours on March 7, one week ago today as of this evening. The current tracking information is below. According to this tracking information, the item was shipped by us on March 8th, six days ago. It is still in the hands of **** and moving through their network. **** will not allow anyone to file a Missing Mail complaint this early in the process. We must wait ten business days to file a Missing Mail complaint. As such, since the item is not "missing" but "in transit" we cannot offer a refund, as the likely outcome will be that you receive the product and the money as well. After the timeframe is passed and we can file a Missing Mail complaint and file with our **** insurance for reimbursement, at that point, a refund would be issued, but we are still at least ten business days away from that happening. This customer has called us numerous times, emailed us at least twenty times, reached out multiple times on social media and through our website which at this point is feeling much like harassment of a small business. This item was mailed SIX days ago and truly FIVE not counting Sunday, going from ***** to **************. The customer needs to exhibit patience with the ****.Moving Through Network In Transit to Next Facility, Arriving Late March 12, 2024 Arrived at **** Regional Origin Facility ******* ** DISTRIBUTION CENTER March 8, 2024, 9:56 pm Accepted at **** Origin Facility ********, ** ***** March 8, 2024, 8:41 pm

    I have been watching your package as it left ***** and traveled to ****** and made its way back to **************. According to the ***** it will be delivered tomorrow.As I own a boutique and do not manage the ************* ************** in any way, I am appalled at this negative review and all of the emails and phone calls you sent regarding this $10 container of hair conditioner. I wish you well and suggest you shop local going forward as the **** may fail you again and I would hate for another business owner to deal with the treatment I dealt with over the actions of the postal service.
