Thank you for sharing this feedback. We are saddened to read this, and we wish you would have shared before departing as we really do appreciate feedback. Since you have already left us, the best way for us to respond at this point is to respond with kindness, love and humility. Expo Home Improvement is made up of people who strive daily towards love, integrity, excellence, and service of others. The truth is, we will never be perfect, nor will we pretend to be, however we will commit to striving toward these values because they are good, the right thing to do and we hope we left some small **** on your life for the better. We truly only want the best for you and wish we could have heard from you. The only comment I will make is that there is zero tolerance for any exclusion, demeaning or ***** talk, etc. Zero. In my 7+ years with the company I can attest to this zero-tolerance policy. If you would like to reach out and share more, our HR Manager or VP of Culture is open to listening. We would welcome the conversation.
