The date of this review is November 22nd, 2024. I worked for Hail Dent Pro as a canvasser in ************* area. My role was to sign up new business by going out and door knocking. I was there for about 3 weeks and signed up several customers during my employment with **********************. I left on seemingly good terms. When I was there management ***** ***** and Owner Tri (***) ****** were friendly and supportive to me. They were very responsive to my requests and they did pay me for the first round of deals I ********** a month later after leaving they will not respond to my requests to pay me the remaining commission owed to me. I earned that business. I dont know what else to do other than to leave a bad review in an effort to get paid. If you are a customer considering doing business with this company, Id say they are a good company to work with and can do a good job of repairing your car.They do care about their customers and work hard to deliver a satisfactory result. Customer communication can be disjointed and slow at times but they make a good effort. When I was there, all techs actually doing the repairs are these foreign guys from ******. They are nice people and did good work. Id like to give management at hail dent pro the benefit of the doubt and say I hope your reading this, no hard feelings, just do the right thing and pay me the commission owed to me. If that happens Ill have to take down this review because at point Ill have been paid and my complaint will be invalid. Dear management please pay me for the work that Ive completed. Thank you kindly.
