Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We genuinely appreciate your kind words about our team's professionalism and courtesy. When you provided the drop in sink it was failed to mention that you wanted it as undermount. Also at the job site, we asked you to confirm the sink before proceeding with the cutout, and there was no mention of it being an undermount at that time or before. We offered a discount as a gesture of goodwill, but we understand this does not fully address your disappointment.
