I stayed at The hometown suite for over 3 weeks and not once did a maid clean my room,i had to walk to the maid station and ask for broom,towels,and toilet paper every day just to keep my room clean,because it was ***** infested.I had no hot water and during the winter storm we had no working heater.Theres always loud noises in the parking lot,constant fighting and yelling from the young kids that stayed there. They didn't y have the amenities they advertised online or i would not have stayed there.This ***** is horribly a disgrace and they raised the prices.

I am sorry to hear your experience did not meet your expectations. We have contacted pest control to address your concerns with roaches. In regard to housekeeping services, I went over the logs and noticed that you were scheduled for housekeeping and that service was marked completed. We do not provide maid service. We only change the bed sheets, swap out towels, take trash and sweep/mop the floor once a week as we are an extended stay property. The staff are not allowed to touch guest items so, if they came for service and there were personal items on your bed, they would not have changed the bed sheets and you would be responsible to swap out yourself. I have spoken to them regarding your concerns, and they will be more focused in the future to ensure that service is completed to guest satisfaction. I do apologize for the heat issue during the storm. We were unable to procure space heaters for the guests that had not heat in time for the storm and as you know everything was shut down for several days and supplies became hard to come by once we opened back up. I do hope that you will give us another opportunity to better serve you in the future should your travel plans require lodging. We are working diligently to improve the property as a whole.
