Thank you so much all the states moving in storage. It was a smooth transaction. We were very pleased me and my family with the relocation services and cost *** and his team was wonderful. I will highly recommend to all my friends and family. Thanks again.

Terrible. Left several voice-mails, no response. **** never calls you back even after she says she will. Was told it was 50% at pick up, driver asked for 70%. Had to call and get them to change it to 50%. Math is incorrect, tried to over charge me. 5 to 14 days for delivery which is ridiculously excessive, no matter time off year. Picked 1 only because I had to pick something and zero was not a cove choice.All Over The State Moving and Storage Response

I'm sorry to hear the customer feels we have terrible service. Customer did complete, confirmed & signed a satisfaction sheet at end of pick up. As far as 50% at pick up, customer signed **** of Lading prior to the pick up stating we reserve the right to ask 50-70%. Pertaining to delivery 5-14 days is standard and customer items were picked up on 8/30/23 and in transit just days later 9/5/23 so not excessive at all. ********************* always returns the calls by end of day.Review from Whitney H

The dispatcher who showed up day of move (***) displayed a misogynistic, machismo attitude toward me. He was condescending, sarcastic and rude. I am glad my spouse was present as his attitude shifted once talking to a man. Regardless, he quoted me more than what I was quoted by the broker, could not guarantee the same assurances the broker gave me, could not verify a "firm" price, and outlined extra requirements no one made me aware of beforehand (like, all things must be in boxes). I asked him to leave my house even though it meant I forfeited my deposit and I would have to move the items myself.All Over The State Moving and Storage Response

At the end of day we did NOT service this move. Customer booked with broker/agent and as a moving company we arrive and pick up items according to inventory that is provided to us. If it does not fit within the cubic feet then we must charge for the additional spacing or packing materials. Yes all items must be boxed /while in transit sometimes items shift and can cause damage so for that purpose the majority of items must be boxed. This customer did in fact have more items and yes prices are subject to change and this was outlined on the Bill of Lading the customer signed. Lengthy to read and our apologies it was not communicated by agent whom they initially booked the move with. On behalf of our moving company our apologies for the rude dispatcher. Management had a meeting with all involved. Our moving company did not receive any funds, the deposit was made to the broker/agent not to us. Zero stars, only chose 1 because I had to. Booked through ******************, also terrible. The absolute WORST moving company I have ever had the misfortune of using. *** at the ******* branch is super unprofessional and misquotes days for drop off. They charged me $380 extra at pickup and then asked where the tip was ( I planned to tip but asking for it up front is wild). I was initially moved on a Saturday and told to expect drop off 1 or 2 days so on Tuesday when I called and asked for an **********, the ******* branch manager, said it would be Thursday or Friday. It is now Thursday and I called for an ETA and he said Monday or Tuesday which was AFTER he YELLED at me because I asked what happened to the original quote. This is insane. So 12 days later we'll see if i have any furniture and what condition it is in. The move is also only six hours from origin to destination so what's really going on here. This company was the one selected by Express Moving Consultants from Florida (which is also a company not worth dealing with) - WITHOUT our consent or knowledge, so that we had no way to check their background before they arrived at our doorstep on moving day - to pick up our things for an interstate move. Issues: - First thing they did was to raise the price by $3000 even though the number of things we moved and the cubic footage we moved was smaller than what our initial estimate indicated - They probably only move within the state of TX, and ours was a move across the US - They dumped our things into storage for TWO WEEKS without communicating with us or responding to our calls; finally, we reached their Dallas office who understood our problem, but said they had no way to help us because this was a "separate" operation - Eventually, a man who identified himself as "K", with a Michigan phone number, and proudly proclaimed that he is an immigrant from Lebanon who was able to start his own moving company here in the US because he didn't have to show anything but a driver's license, delivered our things - The delivered items were broken - They were dumped into our living area or any open space without regard to where we needed what - His reason? He can run his company "his way" - The helpers he hired off CraigsList told us it was because he did not want to pay them for more than 1-2 hours By the way, when I filed a complaint with BBB about the main broker, Express Moving Consultants, they said our items and cubic footage increased. I have proof that that is incorrect. Save yourself distress in your move. Do not work with this company either directly or through Express Moving Consultants or any other broker. Let them address insults and poor service to prior clients first, and let them pull their act out of the dumpster.Review from Dana S

These people are absolutely horrible. They either break, lose, or steal your belongings. My autistic son had a $300 desk just vanish they offered me $80 for the desk, my damaged fridge and chest freezer. All items were brand new when the loaded them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
