              I bought a purse from Montana west on Amazon on March 12, 2024 . I only used the purse 3 times and the design was coming off. Per Amazon instructions you have to contact Montana west company directly I emailed them 6/11/24 and they refused to make it right

              Purchased a Montana West handbag on Amazon. Packaged arrived in a timely manner. However, it appeared that a used product had been sent. The box the purse was in had clearly been opened and not carefully. Part of the top of the box was ripped back. The purse itself had been placed in the box, all zippers open and no tags attached which is not how they usually arrive. Loose crystals were on the bottom of the bag. Where the handle attaches to the purse is also frayed and handle is pulling away. I took pictures, and went to ******. On Amazon it shows you who to contact and they asked me to contact Montana West first. I did. I received a message back that I need to take care of it on Amazon. Montana West clearly doesn't want to stand behind their products. I have messaged them a few more times on the matter and have not received a response. The purse is going back and Amazon is refunding me. However, it's sad to me that the manufacturer and seller refuse to stand behind their products and I don't know that I would purchase from them again!
