Came through the drive thru this morning and I ordered a chicken sandwich with extra mayo and no lettuce. So apparently it made someone mad for asking or they just wanted to be smart about it because they put all of the toppings on the TOP of the bun and not on the sandwich. When we called the store, the so called shift manager (Bill) said that he made it and it was because of the new bag they use and because it was a specialty requested sandwich. I asked to talk to his manager and he refused and told me "I would not get to talk to anyone further than him"! He was very rude and unprofessional and didn't have a care in the world that this was a mess. When I reach in the bag there was so much mayo and lettuce on the top you couldn't hardly see the bun. This is not only a messy meal but it is also costing your stores money. If the bag is the issue for have the mayo come off of the sandwich (which you can clearly tell that is not the circumstance with this sandwich) then he could have put a packet of mayo in the bag. Arby's prices are high enough that this should NOT be happening. We work hard for our money and we being a paying customer should have a little more respect than this. Customers pay this company's bills and those employees wages. I have attached the pictures of this sandwich. Please tell that manager thanks for ruining my lunch and now I have oil stains on my shirt because of his negligence. Maybe he will learn how to make a sandwich for the next person that may ask for extra mayo or extra ketchup...

A few years back, maybe as much as 3 I bought several Arby gift cards online with Amazon. When I purchased these cards, I had also purchased at the general transaction gift cards for Subway, Wendy's, Burger King. I've been coup up for years and only get out once in awhile. So I've not used the cards too much, had used one Burger King, Subway and I think once for a Wendy's too. No trouble with any of them, that is until some 3 weeks ago I went to use one the gift cards and it was denied, had them try again, denied, used another denied. So over two weeks ago I contacted Arby's and told them the story and it was suggested after giving them the information on the cards I still had, that they were never activated. As such, I waited for a full week, reconnected with Arby's. They apologized, but here we are another week plus and no contact too me for a resolution, which has gone on now for over two weeks..

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/04/06) */ Hello Mr. *******, Thanks for reaching out. I would recommend reaching out to Arby's again and see if they will be able to help you with this issue. I would wait patiently for them to respond to you. Also please reach out to Amazon and let them know the issues you are having with your card and see if they will be able to reissue you another card. Thank you and have a great day. Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2022/04/07) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I cannot believe this response, as I've tried several times, and Arby's isn't helping at all.
