    Certified Green Team is not the actual company that cleans the carpet and furniture. That is outsourced for ****** customers to a company listed on their Zelle payments as D&G cleaning and repairs. Certified Green Team claims to use only hypoallergenic products, but the two products used to clean my couch were not hypoallergenic and caused me to have an allergic reaction and need my asthma inhalers. On top of that, the back and sides of my couch were not cleaned, and the parts of my couch that were cleaned were damaged, as you can see in the pictures. The cost of cleaning was also more than double what I was quoted. When I tried to reach out to *** from D&G to explain my allergic reaction and the damaged couch and ask for a refund, he told me to never contact him again, refused to give contact information for his manager, and told me he was blocking my number. When I reached out to Certified Green Team, I was told my requests for a refund and an additional cleaning to remove the chemicals that had been used on my couch were being escalated but that no manager was available at that time. One representative told me the smell would go away in "2-4 hours" in response to me telling her I was having an allergic reaction. A different representative promised to call me back before the end of the day and then went home without calling me. A third representative told me a manager would call me maybe tomorrow or the next day. D&G requested to be paid via Zelle, which I can guess is because they know these payments go through immediately and are difficult to overturn as opposed to credit card payments that you can fight as fraudulent. Nevertheless, I have filed an appeal with my bank to reverse the payment, will be reporting this business to anyone I can. If I cannot get the chemicals out of my couch, I am considering filing a lawsuit against D&G for the cost of the couch. Stay away at all costs!!!

    We apologize you had a bad experience with another company BUT our office is located in the ******, ** area. We do not service ******, *****.
    It would be rather difficult for our team in ************* to drive to ***** for 1 customer.

    If you had worked with D&G then I do suggest you contact them for the issues you have as it is clearly not our company.

    We understand calling different companies can confuse on who you had booked with, but please refrain from attacking a location that isn't in your area nor a company that had serviced you.
