Hello I have bought Apple watch straps from https://astrastraps.co.uk/ as Christmas present on 5/12/2021. The order was marked as delivered on 15/12/2021 through Yodel although I never received it. I tried to contact Astra straps they denied their responsibility and said they have no control over delivery. I have contacted Yodel who confirmed that my order was left in an unsafe place and was lost. They have also contacted Astra Strap so that they refund my order. I have beed through endless negotiations woth the retailer until on 8/1/2022 I was advised by Astra straps that I will receive a refund and to allow 7-15 business day for the refund to be processed. After 15 business days I did not receive a refund and so I contacted the retailer for an update. They have asked to redeliver the order on 12/2/2022 which I refused as This was supposed to be a Christmas present and it is too late, I do not tryst the company anymore as they refused to help me at the beginning and I was already advised to receive a refund and so I bought another 1 from a different and trust worthy retailer. Now Astra Straps are re negotiating my refund. This has been endless loop of stress since December and I feel they are stalling in hope that I will forget about my refund. I placed an order on this website and I never received confirmation of my order. A week and a half went by I sent an email checking on the order and at that point I received an email with tracking information. I continuously checked tracking status and the day it was supposed to be delivered they said my address was not correct which is a lie so at this point I started sending several emails to find out what is going on and I haven't heard from anyone, the customer service number listed online doesn't work. They have taken money from my account and I want it back! I don't understand how this can be right to be taken advantage of like this and something has to be done and they need to be dealt with in a legal manner. Please someone help me resolve this. I look forward to hearing from someone. I would have added copies of the emails I have sent but on the website when you send an email you don't a confirmation copy. I don't want to just submit a bad review I want my money back and this needs to be stopped so others aren't scammed.Initial Complaint

I bought a watch band from this company. They claimed 2-3 day shipping. I still haven't received after 3 weeks and I have emailed the company with no response and the phone number is not set up for customer service. I want my money backInitial Complaint

An order for a particular colored Apple Watch strap was placed December 3 or 4- confirmation of the order was received 12/6 and stated the order was confirmed for 12/7. It stated 5-7 business days to ship. They sent an email 12/10 that it was shipped USPS and that tracking may take a couple days to show. It gave me a tracking number that until yesterday gave no information. I have called them 3 times, emailed them 3 times, explained that I was unable to track. That I was moving on Dec 21. I asked them to cancel the order. I left a phone number where I could be reached. I won't get the item (I told them I moved the 21st). Supposedly the package was mailed the 17th from California and now was to reach the old address the 23rd (today). Help me either get the item or preferably my money back at this point. Their customer service is horrid and I'll find somewhere else to purchase this from. I can provide dates for all phone calls and because I email through the website, they would have emails.
