    This complex frustrates me. I had online issues renewing my lease and due to no one answering my calls, i missed the opportunity to keep my same rent rate and now i will have to pay almost 70$ more a month, and when i voiced this issue to the office all I got in response was a polite "that sucks". I had also tried to contact management a variety of times due to issues with maintenance and I was told a manager would contact me and they never reached out. On top of all of this, rent has increased a lot in the past 2 years that I have stayed at the complex. This would be less of an issue if the office was not constantly giving out free food/giving away "bundles" of items that cost hundreds of dollars as incentives to tour. These items arent offered to residents who pay to live here, but instead go to people who may or may not sign a lease. This is frustrating as someone who has watched their rent increase, but gets no benefits to go alongside paying more to live at this complex. Maintenance is inefficient, and most of the apartment appliances barely run. We have bugs, and we were told that we would have someone come in monthly to spray and that has never happened. But any time these complaints are voiced, we are told that they will talk to management and nothing changes. On top of this, due to a key issue last year, I have not been able to access the clubhouse at all because I do not have an electronic key and I work during office hours so I cant ask for them to let me in. But every time I ask when I will get a proper key, they simply tell me that they do not know yet. So I have had to continue to pay for amenities that I am not able to use at all.
