    I have been with SmartFBA for 2 years and after paying exorbitant Amazon fees with minimal sales levels, I decided to liquidate my inventory and end my relationship with SmartFBA in early 2024. SmartFBA did not help with this process at all. Instead, I had to work with ****** directly to suspend my store. Additionally, SmartFBA still has not paid me for the inventory it bought back from me. It has been 5 full months since they confirmed the repurchased inventory was inspected in full and the price they would pay for the inventory. SmartFBA owed me thousands of dollars and still has yet to issue payment for my liquidated inventory. I have spoken to **** *. for over 2 months on this matter and he has not issued payment cutting leadership changes but that should not prevent a business from honoring payment obligations. I have email traffic evidencing this. I will need to seek legal recourse because after 5 months of waiting, it is clear that SmartFBA has stolen my inventory and refuses to pay me what is owed to me.
