This company policy goes against written law and when I ask to speak with the district manager he told me they can do whatever they want and hung up on me and was very unprofessional and belligerent now the corporate office is doing the same customer service is non existence with this company and after I've spent nearly ***** with them absolutely ridiculous to be treated this wayBusiness response

The ***** Act does not federally prohibit an FFL from transferring a firearm after the 3rd business day expires, even if the **** section has been unable to provide a proceed response, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. Sec 922(t)(1).Customer response

I have been a long time customer. I made a purchase through layaway. I purchased a necklace, $1300. Before I left the store I noticed the necklace was broken. I brought it to the attention of the store manager. She contacted her supervisor regarding it while I was still in the store. No one contacted her. She told me, after an hour of waiting that I could take it to a shop for repair and they would cover the cost of the repair. I took it to the place she recommended and they said it couldn**;t be repaired. I wanted to return it and get my money back which they offered to do, but they kept taxes that I paid on it and didn**;t return that amount.Initial Complaint

On April 8th of 2022 around 5pm I went into first cash pawn store #*** to get my apple iPad Air out of the **** shop, which was $385.00 to get out. After waiting for my item for about 30 minutes they stated that they were having trouble finding it, and to give them more time to locate my item. While waiting I decided to purchase a PS5 from them, due to the fact that I had such good history with them, and I also always shopped and pawned with them. After an hour had passed, they told me they would call me once they located my item. I asked if they could offer me a discount on the PS5 due to the fact that I had waited for so long, paid full price for my iPad to get out, and I bought another item from them. I had my two young children with me and I also had a furniture being delivered to my home while waiting. The manager of the store *************************** told me he would absolutely NOT give me a discount on the PS5 regardless of what I went through. I left the store and drove to ******* to pass time until they called me when I realized the store would be closing soon at 7. Since they had not called me yet, I called the store and and expressed my concern to the manager of how I felt like it was not fair that I could not receive some form of discount after I had wasted my time, gas, missed out on having my furniture delivered to my home, and purchased another item. ****** goes well what do you want me to? I lost your stuff, but I am doing the best I can to find it. I said I would like a discount or I would like for you to give me my item for free. He said I cant and wont do that. I said so you are admitting to me you lost my things and do not want to accommodate me for my troubles? I said you are being recorded and I am taking this up the ladder. He said I dont give a **** what you do, do whatever you have to do to make you feel better I am sorry, but I cant do anything about your lost item. I purchased a 10K gold chain from this company. The chain is not real gold. It is gold plated. I took it back to the store and I was told the person that sold it to me was no longer at the location. The person told me they would get back to me and I haven**;t heard anything. I paid $273.10. The original description said it was a 10K Gold chain and I showed this to the person at the store.
