We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and delay in responding to your requests. There is no excuse for the lack of communication, and we fully intend to honor our commitment to resolving any issues with your system.
The installation of your solar system was completed under the previous ownership of Texas Solar Solutions, which has since been acquired by us.Unfortunately, it has taken us longer than anticipated to transition and address maintenance repairs on systems installed prior to the change in ownership, and for that, we sincerely apologize.
As part of this transition, we have been working diligently to transfer over ***** installations into our new CRM and customer portal. Unfortunately, this process has caused delays in our ability to respond to some customer inquiries in a timely manner, including yours. We deeply regret this and want to assure you that your concern is being prioritized at the highest level.
We will have a representative reach out to you today to confirm a time to visit your property and expedite the resolution of the issues with your system.Please know that this delay is entirely on us, not the customer, and we are committed to making things right.
