Please stay away from this company. They messed up my fence when cutting down two trees. The person that came out to give me the quote was extremely nice but the people who came to cut down the trees were not professional. I have three hours of footage showing where they damaged my fence. Now I have to go through my insurance to get the issue resolved. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a tree company.

From the beginning when you contacted us regarding your concern for the scratches on your fence, we were there and willing to resolve the issue. Not just by phone or in the office, but one of the owners physically went over to your house to see the scratches and brought a gift for the inconvenience while we worked with you to come to financial agreement. 
You accused our crew of being careless and showed us footage but we didnt see them as being careless, we saw them doing their job. Yet, we understood the scratches to your gate happened and we gave you a reimbursement. 
You stated you were going through your insurance and the fence company to find out how much it would be to repair the superficial scratches in your fence. You sent us an astronomical estimate for your ENTIRE fence for $2,688. We spoke directly with the fence company that provided you with the estimate and they shared our damage was 160 square feet, equally $164. They even shared they offered to put this total on the estimate and you told them not to. This looks to be what you thought could be an opportunity to take advantage of a family business. You then sent us another estimate for $1508, where our portion of the damage would be  $104. 
When we called you with these facts, you didnt seem pleased and as this review states, you are accusing us of wrongdoing when weve done nothing but be cooperative, understanding and responsive. We addressed all of your concerns, have talked with you over the phone, seen the damage in person and paid $175 towards the damage (friendly reminder to reread the amount we were actually responsible for). I am sorry you feel this way about us but we did the job as agreed upon, removed your trees and grinded both stumps, and we cannot work for free or give you an entire fence upgrade. 
It is entirely unfortunate that you would berate our name when we have done nothing but handle this with care and reasoning. I hope another company would not fall for your threats and unfairness.
