Previously had a great experience with Richmond's Air so called them out again when our outdoor condenser unit was not working properly. When the initial tech came out, there was a bit of a misunderstanding over the diagnosis of the problem and how much it would cost to figure out the problem. The owner, James R******** personally reached out to me, apologized profusely for the initial misunderstanding, took ownership of the issue, and worked with me extensively to figure out the problem with the system. Once the issue was finally diagnosed, a plan was made for how to repair the system. Mr. R******* personally came out to our home and supervised the team making the repairs to make sure everything was done properly and up to his exacting standards. Once all the repairs were complete, he personally checked the repairs and made the sure the entire system was working PERFECTLY. The system is working great now and cooling as it should. James R******* and the Richmond's Air team that worked on our system took NO shortcuts (like some other companies tend to do) and made sure the repairs were done not only as they should be done, but over and above what the basic repairs called for. Richmond's Air did an excellent job once again for us. You can judge a company by the fact of whether they do the bare minimum to make the repairs or they go the extra step to do the repairs in a way that will ensure that there are no issues in the future. Richmond's Air goes the extra mile to make sure their customers are taken care of and that the work they do will last for years to come. Mr. R******* stands behind the work of his company and his employees and will make sure you and your HVAC system are well taken care of.
