This place should get zero stars. I have banked at this location for many years but every time I go to tge sad little branch on Hwy 90, I have issues. My bank card expired 8/31/24 and in 8/19/24 I inquired if it was issued because I did not receive it. The teller then said you should have gotten it, let me reissue another one. I did not realize it would deactivate the one I had , so now I don't have any bank card. I then had to withdrawal cash. It is now 9/13/24 and no bank card has arrived. Why didn't they offer a temporary card or send it FedEx or offer to have it picked up at the branch? My other bank offered those things. When I would have to return to get more cash, they had nerve to joke and say "see you still like us, you keep coming back". I will be soon using another bank because this bank causes me so many inconveniences. My mother has also had poor experiences and has banked with Smart for decades as a retired teacher. We have both expressed our frustration and it intensifies when it comes to money.
