I was referred to Mr. Bonifacio (Boni) *******, the owner of Two Man Glass and Mirror, because raindrops were getting into my bedroom window. He charged $100 for an assessment and stated this charge would be deducted from the final cost, which would $300 in total. I was never given an invoice. We agreed on a date and time. He came to my home to repair the window one day prior to the scheduled date and time. I was not available, so we had to reschedule. We rescheduled for a Saturday morning. I texted him the evening prior to the rescheduled day to confirm, but he never responded. So the next morning, I called him to confirm he would be coming and he told me he was in San Antonio doing a job. I told him this was not good business because I was not notified and now, we have to reschedule a 2nd time. This time, he showed up. I texted him to confirm the total cost of $300, but he didn't respond. When the job was done, the total cost was $530. He never mentioned the additional cost of a new window, which was $180, and did not explain additional charges. He told me that he would send me an invoice once he gets back to his shop, but I don't believe him. I didn't expect to have to pay $200 extra for a small window. This was deceptive, misleading and overall not good business practice. I will no longer use his services for window repairs and don't recommend his services to anyone else.
