Thank you for your feedback. Im truly sorry to hear about the negative experience you had. However, I want to address a few concerns to ensure we provide accurate information and maintain a respectful dialogue.
First and foremost, we do not tolerate any form of discrimination or disrespect. Its important for us to create a safe and professional environment for both our employees and customers and our employee was aggressively and verbally kicked out of your home.
Regarding the estimate, we strive to be as clear and transparent as possible about our pricing and services. If there was any misunderstanding or miscommunication, I would like to apologize and offer to review the details of the estimate with you to clarify any confusion. The estimate provided to you was to clear the kitchen sink and to camera your branch line.
We take customer feedback seriously and aim to improve our services based on your experience. A manager tried to reach out to you. Please contact us back so we can address your concerns and work towards a resolution. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure any issues are properly addressed.
