      The apartment management was aware of electrical issues that have been ongoing for months. Multiple tenants including myself had put in maintenance tickets. On 8/9 oncor disconnected electricity to the building 4439. I have called the city of ******, I have called code enforcement, I have emailed management and been in person at least once a day since the electric was shut off. They will not tell us anything. We havent received any confirmation that an electrician was hired at all. We have thrown away groceries since the apartment is rotting. I cannot work since my job is strictly work from home. I am getting desperate. I have nowhere else to stay and do not have the money for a hotel. It has been 87+ degrees inside the apartment since the power was shut off.

      I am a resident of Avalon Villas Apartment Homes. We have been having energy fluctuations in unit for over a month. Other residents and I, have voiced our concerns on multiple occasions with no resolve. On 8/8/2024, the shut off the water and didn't turn the water on until the morning of 8/9/2024. Then later that night of 8/9/2024, an Oncor Electrician, said that he was here to turn off the power for the building that electric fluctuations were involved because it is a safety hazard. We received no communication nor warning from management or staff of the complex. We were told by Electrician that the power would be off until the problem is fixed, the city comes for inspection and gives the okay. All of this is understandably. Most of us can't afford to just pick up go to hotel and stay. The problem arise when the residents and I, reached out the complex. No one is responding, the assistant in the leasing office has called the manager multiple times and she refuses to pick up the phone. Also, when we called the emergency line and maintenance personnel showed up, we voiced our concerns and we were told that he was on the phone with management and they were on their way. He then got in his vehicle and left. We never seen nor heard from management yet. Alot of us residents have kids that are about to start school on 8/12/2024, and we will be left in place that is unlivable for the time being. Also, many of us residents work from home and this will affect our livelihood. We continue to ask for phone numbers to cooperate and continue to be told they don't have anything but emails. When we email them we get no response. There is no communication or sense of urgency from the staff. I think they should at least find us a temporary living arrangement, along with a credit off our rent.

      I have been without air going on two weeks. Today 6/10/2024 I went into my lease office and complained because my work order was closed without being fixed. Its impossible to receive my mail due to my box being broken in on multiple occasions. I have medical issues which causes me to have severe headaches and nose bleeds caused by not having air where I pay to sleep comfortably.

      I moved to these apartments March 1st 2024 and have had 3 different water leaks bathroom tub, living room ceiling(have not been repaired and starting to get mold) now hot water heater leaking( have not been replaced) I pay between 1188 to ************************************************************************* a different apartment because I shouldnt have to live like this with all these leaks I go tell management and all they say is they will check into it but nothing is really done the maintenance man came but the leak is still present Im tired of living like this because of these leaks Im now having a bad gnat infestation and I pay for pest control and no one has came and sprayed my apartment since *** moved in here something really needs to be done.

      02/2022 rent unit 160 and first raining on was bad I got 3" water inside of my apart the first time it's already more the year live here and is more the ones time ill pass well why i living here I got so many reason thebit the one one they never work with you and not ways ending with eviction sadly the law protect the rich and company's like this one never the other ...

      My a/c has been out over a month, and management doesn't appear to be in a rush to fix it. The temp inside my apartment gets up to 88 degrees which makes it very uncomfortable, and hard to sleep. My mom say on hold to speak with the property manager for an hour only for them to answer and hangup. The day I moved in a work order had to be entered for the dishwasher because of standing water that was slowly leaking out into the floor, and caused a horrible odor. I then had to enter another work order because of the mold on the inside of the dishwasher. There was a huge hole in the ceiling of my outside storage, it was as if they didn't walk the unit before renting it. Please help me get my a/c fixed before I dies in my sleep from heat. When asked if they would be discounting my rent next month I was told I needed to speak with the property manager. I've even reached out to Avalon Villas online with no response. Thank you in advance.

      Ive repeatedly reported my air isnt working, I have ************* pregnant. I pay rent on time, yet my air pretty much hasnt worked since Ive moved in, its currently 85 degrees in my home my office advice theyre coming to fix it every day . Yet nothing has changed. Ive tried resolving with my apartments.

      I was promised when I moved in I would receive a $1000 **** 30 days after I moved in - as it was apart of the move in package at the time. I moved in September 28,2022, I have yet to receive the **** & in addition the office refuse to give ************ contact number. I've given my apartment 6 months to resolve with no resolution.

      I have resided at this apartment complex for the last 7 months. In those 7 months I've had to deal with poor living conditions...no AC in the middle of summer, malfunctioning heat, intermittent water shut-offs and in general poor management. I have a 1yr old child. These conditions have been a burden my household. To make matters worse, the management seems to not care while only showing concern for adhering to their strick rent guidelines.

      Let's start from the day I moved in 12/31/2021 my heater wasn't working I called management numerous times about my heating unit all I got was they said it work.. I asked who was they and management said maintenance I responded an said how can maintenance say it's working when I live there so no my heat wasn't working electricity billed reached 800 for January and February took the statement to the office Ms.C**** told me they would accommodate me and I never received any help or accommodation... March of 2022 water bugs and flying ants covered the inside of my home, management didn't send anyone out to fix the problem... May 2022 air conditioning unit went out house reached 111 degrees I wanted a week before some entered my home to fix it... Nov 22 the ceiling in my son bedroom fell in Monday today is 11/11/22 no one came into the home to look or make any repairs as of 11/11/22 my heating unit isn't working I reported to the office and I was asked why I didn't notify them about the heat... if it's 89 degrees outside why would I turn on a heater please help me I've been having problems since I moved here and they are only taking my money and not fixing the problems these apartments should be torn down rebuild and also new management
