I purchased a box of Donruss football cards that had in bold letters on the front of the box Find 1 Autograph! After opening the entire package there was no autographed card to my surprise. I paid extra for this box for the autograph. After calling Panini America to complain about this I was told that there was a coupon for 250 Panini points in place of the autograph. The customer service person told me that theres nothing he can do for me. I did not buy the box for Panini points. The box doesnt say anything about points only large bold letters Find 1 Autograph. What a disappointment to me and my sons. False advertisementReview from Jacob M

Terrible company, they just don't care if you get screwed out of cards as long as they get there money. My receipt and box top got lost bit they don't care.Panini America Response

We do require a receipt and the box as well as the wrappers for any quality control issues that our customers would like to be rectified. When you mail this into us, if your shipment is lost in the mail, unfortunately we are not responsible for any lost packages. We are very sorry the courier was unable to deliver your package, but we cannot be held liable for this issue.Review from Michael B

I had 2 redemptions open since 2020 and 2021 respectively and had gotten complete runaround on getting these fulfilled for past two years with no progress. I called into customer service in April an was told by the team they would escalate a solution. Three weeks later, I got a call back with the solution which was very fair solution to get both of these redemptions closed. *** from Panini was great to work with and followed up with great customer service. I know the redemption process has been a very shaky the past few years but wanted to call out the improved efforts I experienced in what I hope is the level moving forward.Panini America Response

In October 2023 I redeemed a National Treasures ********************* Rookie SIgnatures *** Shield True 1/1 (no other varaitions). In Feb 2024, I received an email from Panini claiming the card was out of stock. Turns out ********************* hadn't signed the card yet, which I understand. Therefore, I requested a replacement card of equal or greater value. Panini ends up sending me a National Treasures ********************* Rookie Glove Signatures 1/1. This card has variations numbered to /10, /15 and /25. I was very disappointed as the replacement card I received was no where near equal or greater value of the initial card I tried redeeming in Oct 2023. I called Panini and the customer service rep said they thought the replacement card they sent me was about the same value. This is totally false. It's no where near the equal value of the intiial card I tried redeeming in Oct 2023. Panini America has gone downhill when it comes to quality control and customer service. Unethical to say the least. Very disappointed with my experience with the company.Review from Adam H

In early April 2024 Panini gave me the option to trade 3 of my pending redemptions for 3 2023 Panini Prizm football Sparkle Packs. When I received the package there was only 1 pack. I contacted Panini and was told "the weight of the package weighed more than 1 pack" so they refused to send me the other 2 sparkle packs or reimburse me in any way. I then requested to speak with a higher authority who also refused to rectify the situation and offered no solutions. I lost out on hundreds of dollars because of this. The reason I decided to trade in my redemptions is because it can take years to receive said card through Panini. Terrible support and terrible business practice. I'm looking forward to the fanatics takeover. RIP Panini.Panini America Response

We work extremely hard to provide our customers with the best service possible. We understand that mistakes happen, and when it is our responsibility to make sure that we do the right thing, we will. However, we cannot be held responsible for theft when it is outside of our control. This would create a major problem, and we would be unable to maintain a successful business model. If I can give a zero star I would. I have had nothing but a runaround on a redemption that they put out and their products that they have not fulfilled. For over a few years now which the price I paid for the card was a lot greater than the value of it. Now only because they can't hold up to their word of their product. If they put a redemption in a box and can't fulfill it, isn't that kind of like robbery? I just think it is totally unprofessional and not right to put something in your product and you can't hold your word to fulfilling a redemption that you put in your products. I've reached out to them multiple times with no logical answer to my redemption. They said they were upgrading me to a tier 2 team and I have called and emailed. Still no response. Back weeks later I have been waiting for years for this card that I have particularly collected trying to get the rainbow and now I can't get my card that I paid for and a whole lot more than what it is now. So I invested a lot of money into this card and the value of it has dropped dramatically and there's no insight on anything. Terrible company. If you ask me this is not how you do business and if this issue is not resolved then I will definitely not be doing any more business after the hundreds of thousands of dollars I have spent with this company.Panini America Response

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that all redemptions will be signed and fulfilled. This is the reason we provide a replacement for many of our customers. You can choose to wait for the redemption, but the value may fluctuate, and we will only replace cards at their current value.Review from Michael V

I have not collected cards in 23 years due to being in the military. My 9 year old son got me back into collecting and habe been buying cards for him and I. I pulled an **************** 2017 panini Chronicles autograph redemption card that was inside packs that was expired. I submitted and asked for the card or a similar value card. They didnt have the card and gave me half the cards value in rewards points which is wrong and should be the full value of what the card is worth. They should provide the same value of cards worth or keep the card for when this happens. Redemptions is the worst thing to happen in the trading card business. I would like a card with the same value of what the card is worth. Please thank you.Panini America Response

When redemptions are submitted after the expiration date, we allow our customers to receive half the value in rewards points instead of completely voiding the redemption. If your redemption is not expired, you will be eligible to request a replacement card 120 days after submitting your redemption.Review from Cameron C

I just received my redemption card in the mail. A **** ****** Rookie National Treasures Silver Game Patch /10. Paid $500+ on a bid through **** when *********************** was HOT on the market.Redeemed the numbers, to receive the card, on there Panini Direct App in January of 2021.Sent 4 separate messages, as well as an address update through the messaging, because we moved to a different address.NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE! (From any of those messages or customer service tickets)However! I was sent an automated prompt to receive or request a different card 1 time. I declined the offer. (Who knows what they would have sent there is no guarantee, and for $500 I wasnt willing to ****** a blind replacement. I want what I paid for and have waited this long.)Waited, waited, waited, and waitedFinally, March 14th, 2024, it arrived via ***** from ********** *****. Over 3 years later.Was I happy and surprised absolutely! But, as far as doing this again My suggestion to the person who is reading this. Do not buy nor redeem redemption cards from Panini. If you acquire one; my suggestion, sell on **** or trade it! Thank you for reading!Panini America Response

In June 2023 I was lucky enough to get a *************************** redemption card. I am still waiting for the card . I am a 100 percent disabled veteran and card collecting helps with my PTSD. I wrote to ***************** and someone in the mail room write back he doesnt sign autographs and insulted me by giving me some ***** trinkets . Either Panini or ******* need to do their job just as I did serving my country .Panini America Response
