I have reached out to the customer service phone number several times through the dates of 10/12/2024 -10/15/2024. The phone is never answered and no support is provided being that naztech is a third party. Emailed **************** then went to the store and 711 they do not offer gift cards, exchanges or refunds for defective products. 10/12/2024 - bought magbuddy windshield. I ask ******** the receipt states at the top non refundable, if something happens will I be able to exchange or obtain a gift card. Employee repsponds yes the manager is the only one who can provided that service though. 10/13/2024- iphone slings right off of the magnetic magbuddy windshield and now has broken glass on back of iphone 15 Go to the store tell them what happens, second ******** tells me the manager will be able to do something for you as a customer Come between hours of ******** tomorrow I call ************** no answer 10/14/2024- walk in to the store and explain what happens to ******** ****** Store Manger, states she doesn't have to anything after giving me the incorrect corporate phone number.Calls ************** no answer Go to 711 store number ***** Store manager ******** ****** states that she doesn't have to do anything and walks away after giving me the wrong corporate phone number.I located the correct corporate phone number with 711. 800.255.0711 spoke with agent, opened up product complaint and needed names of store manager and cashier being not listed on the receipt. Drove back up to talk to Store Manager ******** ******, after every customer was taken before me for her to say that she needed to speak with the agent and the agent stated that they did not need to communicate, she walked away and called the police and now I am trespassed from that 7ELEVEN. Attached are my emails with naztech and my ****** review I left on the website. I contacted corporate for a status update and they state that it is under review.Customer response

My husband and I went to a 711 for 5 slurpees. Each time he swiped the card the associates said it did not accept so he swiped it a total of 4 times. I saw the charges so I called him and asked why he was swipping so many times and not to do it again, He said it worked the 4th time this was 9/21/2023. We called our ********* Federal to make sure the 4 transactions was updated as a duplicate they said it would not post. Fast forward to October 7, they attempted to force the transaction as a true purchase! The same day this occured we informed them of a skimmer that was on the gas pump and nothing was done. I took a picture of it and left. This company is charging false charges and is continuing to attempt to steal from the customers. This is not the first incident with this location it is however the one to let me know that it is the owners and managers of this location that is responsible.Initial Complaint

I ordered a pack of Newports from seven now 7-Eleven. It was supposed to be delivered. Normally, I have to show my drivers license. They have to scan it. I got a message on my phone that it was delivered no doorbell wrong I went outside checked because like I said, normally you have to show drivers license. There is nothing delivered. He did not get a copy of my drivers license. He did not scan it And I tried resolving it with 711. Theres no resolution theyre basically telling me I have to wait because they show that it was delivered. Of course they show its delivered. Im telling you it wasnt. Im telling that the normal precautions were not done. There was no verification of my ID And I want my money back like Im so frustrated over the whole situation. I even put a complaint in with Skip ***** They were the actual delivery they went and picked up the order from 7-Eleven. Im justInitial Complaint

On October 1, 2024 at 2:27 pm Central I had contacted 7 Eleven **************** for 7 Now Delivery and had spoken with Tine and requested copies of the receipts of the transactions for 2021 and 2022 because they were no longer available in the 7 Eleven Now App. **** informed me that I would receive copies via my email within 12 hours. On October 3, 2024 i had spoken with ***** at 11:17am Central time with 7 Eleven Now **************** doing a follow-up from my first callfr9m October 1st. ***** had informed me that the call on October 1st was documented. ***** had informed that he would get my request to the correct department concerning my request for receipts from 2021 and 2022 to be sent to my email *********************** it has now been 3 days since the call with ***** on October 3rd and still haven't received those purchased receipts from the 7 Eleven Now Delivery app.Initial Complaint

Dear Better Business Bureau I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the 7-Eleven location at ********************************************** (Store #*****). On the date of September 29, 2024, I placed an order for pickup at this location through the 7NOW service (Order #****************). The items included Chicken Wings (Buffalo 5-piece and Spicy Sweet Chili 5-piece) and a Big Gulp Diet Coke (30 oz), as reflected in the transaction details attached to this letter.Upon my arrival to collect the order, the cashier mistakenly provided my items to another customer. When I informed the cashier of the mistake, I was met with a dismissive attitude, and despite my clear communication, no compensation or replacement of the items was offered. The cashier's response was not only unprofessional but also aggressive, displaying behavior that was both inappropriate and unbecoming of an employee representing *********************** a consumer, I expected to receive the items I paid for or, at the very least, be offered a resolution, such as a refund or replacement. Instead, the cashier refused to assist me and treated the matter with disregard, leaving me without my purchased items or any form of compensation. I find this conduct unacceptable and in violation of basic consumer rights.I respectfully request that the Better Business Bureau assist in addressing this issue. I seek a full refund for the unfulfilled order and assurance that corrective action will be taken regarding the cashier's conduct to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.Please find attached copies of the transaction details and order information as supporting evidence for my claim.Thank you for your attention to this matter. Tuesday September 24 2024 9:45 AM. This 711 address is **************************** Air/water machine has broken buttons on the front of the machine. This controls air level/pressure. When brought to the attention of the Manager on Duty, she claimed no one has ever told her about the problem in the past. When I asked for her to put a sign on the machine she said no. That her customers know to come in to turn on the machine and to not use the actually machine itself. When I asked for a refund she asked me to call the number on the machine. I was seeking 2.50when I asked for her store number to file a complaint, she then said she would put a sign on the machine.I would like for the machine to be fixed, or a sign that says free please come inside. They can keep my 2.50 if they are that hard pressed for money.Initial Complaint

We are new **** customers. Today we placed only our second order and it was even worse than the first! First they ordered were cancelled and reassigned many times, they were so late both times, and they were wrong both times. To make matters even worse their employee was texting me wanting more money! That is so unprofessional and made us feel so unsafe. It is absolutely unbelievable they wanted to offer me $20 after spending over $100 and getting late and wrong orders and worst of all our safety being compromised by their employee texting a customer about wages and more money?! I added money to the 7 eleven wallet to save 13 cents a gallon. I reserved pump and it took my 40 off the wallet but pumped me 0.00 in gas I tried 4 times to use but no gas came out. I went inside spoke with employee that informed me sorry we outta gas. When do I get my money back I need gas. Manager stated 24 hrs up to 10 business days to get back. I waited nothing. Finally reached out via email only to be told I gotta dispute with my bank say I didn't authorize I don't understand why 7eleven told me to do this. I did contact my bank and filed dispute but my bank said they should give refund not dispute. I called back and emailed 7 eleven no response. If I got gas and didn't pay and left you would put me in jail for theft of services. But what you did was in fact that. Keep giving me runaround I just wanted my gas. Went to store today and they told me they can't help me I have to contact my bank the employee even remembered me from the day 7eleven stole my money and didn't give me my gas purchase. I have no gas and no $40. Make that make sense???? This company is stealing right in front of our eyes. How can this even happen? Yall got to do better. The manager did offer me a slurpee of any choice for my troubles. How is that even right?Initial Complaint

I went in to make some food purchase and to get gas today 7/25/2024 around *******pm cst. After paying for my items (using my debit/credit card) I was attempting to enter my email address to have the receipt emailed to me but the cashier quickly cleared the purchase from his screen preventing me for getting that email. I didn't think anything of it and went about my business. When I got into my car I wa *** to check to see if my poi is had added to my app. While looking over the transaction history in the app I saw the purchase details for the store for today and notices there wasnt anything showing purchase of the $20 gas as requested but it showed "Item not in file" and the amount of $20.38. That is when I realized that was my gas request but they added an additional $0.38. I'm aware that when getting gas there are 2 steps that has to happen, 1st is the financial transaction of the sale & then the info entered for the pump to activate it to be used. I only distributed $20.00 of gas into my car. Therefore if they are doing it to me there are others thet are STEALING from as well to profit their pockets. This puts a very bad ********************* against 7-eleven. Very bad business ********************** $31.65 should have paid $31.27. I'm not stressed over the $0.38 it's the fact they are stealing and if there was an issue of me having the exact amount for my purchase in my account and they charging extra they i don't have it can cause my account to be overdrawn causing $36 in overdraft fees over $0.38
