            10/27/21 ****** We contacted coach-net to let them know that we were traveling and that ****** was broken. According to the contract we should have been reimbursed for the service call. The service call fee was $50 All 3 times I called coach-net and they sent the technician out to us but refused to cover the service call fees.Membership #**********

            My first and only roadside assistance call resulted in Coachnet dispatching a "non-contract" provider who was not only unable to change my damaged tire, he damaged the rim and it had to be replaced. Coachnet management at first gave me promises that the provider was sending reimbursement, then (when no check came) they promised me they would "make this right" and promised attentive care from the Vendor Manager. He never tried to contact me.Irresponsible, untruthful, unethical and inept. That's Coachnet. I cancelled my membership. After just one flat tire repair - that cost me over $400. Do business with this group at your peril.
