    Sent my S24 ultra in for repair, my S pen would not contect to do air actions. Like taking pictures using the pen. Got a message that said my phone had liquid damage and it would cost $756 for repair, I had them send my phone back without repairing it then took my phone to Samsung specialist at ******* to check if it had liquid damage he said it did not. I called Samsung spoke with supervisor who asked me to drive to their repair facility she had me give them my S24 ultra and the phone we were speaking on she then asked them to check for liquid damage they said it did not have liquid damage took a picture of the liquid indicator sticker sent it to her, she told me to send the phone in again she said she changed my ticket to covered under warranty. Following week I get another message saying my phone is out of warranty due to liquid damage and I need to pay $756 for repairs. I called and got a different supervisor who read the previous supervisor notes he then spoke with the repair center and asked for proof the diagnostic and a picture to show the liquid damage be sent to me, the next day I got a message from the repair center saying the phone is out of warranty due to impact damage. I called back and spoke with a supervisor and told them something is not right, first they say my phone has liquid damage then when I send you a video and pictures showing the liquid indicator strip has not changed colors not even a little they then say it has impact damage I said it sounds like fraud your trying to get me to pay money for a part that is under warranty!! Do you know what happens when you accuse them of fraud . they send your phone back with a smashed screen and it doesnt power on again ??
