Order #********* I bought it on 12/20/2021 received it damaged 12/30/2021 Its been a nightmare I have called them so many times im sick of it! It was missing two parts its been 2 months now they are suppose to get me the parts i need,I dont think that is ever going to happen ruined our holidays They need to get a better shipper They should just give my money back and let me keep the trampoline since no other parts will fit it! file a damaged claim with EFW #147089329 and then they could get it covered!Business response

In June 2021 I purchased a billards pool table for $755.00. Upon delivery I contacted Academy Sports about the damages when I received the item. I never got a response back. Unfortunately the damage has gotten worse. So I contacted customer service again. I was told that I received 10% off and a refund for $101.00. I disagreed because that’s not a fair amount and refund. I called back again several times and I was placed on hold for over an hour and my call dropped three times. The customer service is ver horrible.Business response
