            Dirty unorganized. Unclean bathroom. Shaundra was late but no apology noted. Unprofessional and argumentative. My skin was cut in several areas. Frontal attached too low on forehead. Used a color that was not requested for frontal. Loud music and was singing constantly while talking to others while doing my hair.

            Hello this client was the rudest to me I texted her the day or and after how she treated me. She gave me a tip for services she left happy and I even took pictures of what I provided. She gave me a long story about her family mistreating her and she couldnt pay for her mothers funeral. I tried in every way to assist this client because customers always right bit not in this case. I have messages between me and this lady I gave her coverage of what she asked for she just didnt like it but it was exactly what she asked for. I apologized I offered to go over and beyond she couldnt be helped. If I can upload other messages to show u I tried to please and accommodate her she was just the means and really just wanted my services for free since the funeral couldnt be paid for. She didnt use my bathroom so to try to slander my business is very degrading when I did everything she asked.
