RUN! Do not walk! This company is such a rip off it is horrible/terrible/ridiculous. Everything these people are saying is ABSOLUTELY true. I just went through EVERYTHING that they are complaining about. It was a nightmare. I ended up paying over $13,000 to move cross states. Started off with $4,800 plus quoted . I paid 4 different people. A deposit (***), the ** (*********), the Mover (***), the delivery guy (****) and the trucker (whoever he was that delivered). Talk about ghosting me after they all got money from me. They would not answer phone, text, barely respond if got in touch. Just to think of this was so stressful. Oh it is so much to this story. But like I said, reading everyone else negatively complaints I had the similar problems. From the last minute signing contracts because you got no choice, to the end when they claim 21 days to deliver your goods. The inconvenience and stress of this move I will NEVER forget. I had to go back to work. Did not have anything but a computer (I carried). I had to go by a tv tray and a fold up chair awful. Sleeping on a blow up mattress every night in an empty house because they could not tell you when you getting your stuff. Sure hotel was an option but paying more money than we already paid was just getting out of hand. Then we were using tin pans to try to warm water. Ok so I am running out of characters. Let me wrap this up because I can go on. Damages! Almost everything was damaged. Missing bolts, scratches, broken items etc. here it the kicker. I DID NOT GET ALL MY STUFF. And I ended up getting someones items. Which as of today. They still have not gave me my things. Nor have they picked up what belong to someone else. To wrap this up. THIS WAS THE WORST OF THE WORST! If I could give 0 I would have. Please please stay away! I could not because it was to late and I think that is how that get you! This is wrong on so many levels. If I had of known any of this I would have gotten a u-haul. RUN!
